    Admission to school

Children can join us in Reception in the September following their 4th birthday.

All reception places are dealt with by the Admissions Department at Tameside Council and we have no involvement in the allocation of these places.

We recommend reading the 'Starting Out' booklet produced by Tameside Council which explains the full admissions process and will answer most questions you may have.

Parents are asked to submit their application online via www.tameside.gov.uk/schools/admissions

The online application closing date for Reception 2024 is 15th January 2024

Once the closing date for applications has passed, the online system will close for 2 weeks to enable all on time applications to be processed. The online system will reopen two weeks after the closing date to accept late applications. Late applications will only be dealt with after all of those that have been received on time.

Parents will be advised of school allocation by email on 16th April 2024

PLEASE NOTE - Admission into our Nursery does not automatically guarantee a place in our Reception Class
