Head's Welcome

We hope that your child will be very happy at Arlies and we will make every effort to keep you informed about what is happening within school. If you want any more information, please do ask and we will do all we can to help.

We welcome you and your child and look forward to a happy and successful association over the coming years.

Our aim is to create a safe and happy learning environment in which all of our pupils can achieve the highest standards possible. A vital part of this is to develop the self-esteem and self-confidence of every pupil, creating an atmosphere in which all children are valued regardless of gender, race, faith or ability.

At Arlies, we consider our school community to be a team in which all staff - teaching and non-teaching, children, parents and governors work closely together. We recognise that parents and carers are a child's most important educators and we will do our utmost to work in partnership with you adding our professional experience and expertise to this partnership. We want the best for your child just as you do, ensuring that they have a solid foundation on which to build their future education.

We trust that this website will be helpful in establishing friendly cooperation between home and school so that in partnership, together we can all serve the best interests of the children in our care.

We are very proud of our school and its pupils and if there is anything further you need to know, do contact the school, or just call in - you will be most welcome.
